We offer product knowledge/sales classes in California throughout the year. These classes are free, and open not only to clients but also to those who want to learn more about the products and Preston. Clients are entitled to bimonthly free business teleconferences for the life of their account with us through our Preston Training Network. We're here for you!
Comprehensive Product Manual
New clients receive a detailed, customizable manual on CD that contains technical product information, sales tips, recommendation tools, and an ingredient glossary. We include over 30 outstanding esthetic and body therapy service protocols that outline everything you need to perform an excellent treatment: menu-ready service descriptions, timing, supplies, step-by-step procedures and homecare suggestions. The manual will allow you to work comfortably with your new products from the outset.
Preston Spa Forum
All spa professionals can join Preston Spa Forum, our online professional message board, to exchange information with their peers. Preston representatives visit the board regularly to answer your questions, but more importantly, you'll meet wonderful peers who generously share their own perspective on private branding and business in general. It's a great support tool–there for you 24 hours a day.
On-Site Training
Based on the size of your opening order you may also qualify for free or discounted on-site training, or you can purchase training days whenever you feel they're needed!
